These terms govern your use of this website and client portal operated by Vriddhi Siddhi Consulting LLP, Malirbagan, Khurigachchi Purba Sangha, Rajpur Sonarpur, Sonarpur Taluk, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal – 700150.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Accounts are activated only after email and mobile verification. We may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading documents.

Services and engagement

A service request is an enquiry until we confirm the scope and fee. Where a fixed fee is shown, paying it confirms the engagement for the scope described. Where a fee is "quoted after review", we will send a quote to your portal; work begins after payment. Timelines depend on timely receipt of complete documents from you and on government portals.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents you provide. Our work relies on them. Statutory fees, taxes, penalties and government charges are payable by you in addition to our professional fee unless stated otherwise.

Fees and GST

All professional fees are subject to GST at the applicable rate. A tax invoice will be issued for every payment.

Limitation

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
